Student-specific support: What to expect
-
I begin with a collaborative meeting to understand your school’s unique needs, priorities, and goals. Whether you're looking for support with inclusion, AAC, behavior, or academic accommodations, we’ll discuss where your team needs guidance and how I can help.
-
I will spend time in your school observing classrooms, student interactions, and current supports. These observations help identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities to improve learning environments and student outcomes.
-
Based on the planning meeting and observations, I will develop a customized action plan. This includes practical strategies, suggested tools or accommodations, and clear next steps that align with your goals and timelines.
-
Implementation is a journey, not a one-time event. We provide continued support through regular check-ins, coaching, and collaboration to ensure strategies are working in real-world settings. I also offer customized, hands-on training for teachers, support staff, and administrators, equipping your team with the knowledge and confidence to meet student needs effectively.
